In which currency do I pay?

Our prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. If you shop from another country, the amount may be shown in your local currency; your bank or card provider may charge conversion fees.

When will I be charged?

Your payment is processed at the moment you place your order. Your order is confirmed by email once the payment has been successfully received.

Is paying on your website secure?

Our checkout is powered by Shopify and is fully encrypted (SSL). Shopify is certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see or store your full card details.

What if my payment fails or is declined?

If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please check your details or try another payment method. If the problem continues, please contact us.

How will I receive a refund?

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For more information, see our Return Policy.
